Coaching and Consulting Services
Cancellation Policy
For one-on-one coaching and consulting services:
- You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice without penalty
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit that session
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee with no refund
- Unused sessions in a coaching package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase
Program Refunds
For multi-week coaching programs:
- Refunds are available within the first 14 days of the program start date
- After 14 days, no refunds will be issued
- You must have attended no more than 2 group coaching sessions to be eligible
- Refund amount will be prorated based on services already received
Membership Subscriptions
Monthly Memberships
For monthly membership subscriptions:
- You may cancel your membership at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- First-time members may request a refund within the first 30 days

Annual Memberships
For annual membership subscriptions:
